Its been 1 week and a half since i got back already, in truth haven't been going online much because i rather sleep or watch tele as i haven't been able to do this sort of things back in college. practically just been kicking back, relaxing, and having family time with the family and friends as well. So far today has been the most unproductive day of just sleeping and eating and watching red cliff 2 on DVD haha.

Just found out the new mm075 forum which was made by joyce"theamazing" do go and visit it at here. been starting on the new portfolio for a week now, sketching on the site map and flow chart. lots of complication appear with the damn navigation "shud have paid more attention in web design" besides that i am jz doing nothing really.

Friends here is getting lesser and lesser due to the fact that everyone is exporting their children overseas and that lately a lot of friends seems to be "ineffective". been feeling that my social circle been getting smaller and smaller. well all's well will end's well.

Yoga fatwa decision this week

PUTRAJAYA: Muslim yoga practitioners will know this week the National Fatwa Council’s edict on the exercise.Its council chairman Datuk Dr Abdul Shukor Husin said he had already given the council a draft of the edict last week.

“I had been overseas on several trips but I understand the Islamic Development Department (Jakim) is in the process of arranging for a meeting of the council and the subsequent press conference on the matter.

Dr Abdul Shukor said the draft needed to be checked a few times because a fatwa was “equivalent to a court’s decision”.However, he declined to say whether the edict would ban the practice, adding that the fatwa would explain everything later.It was earlier reported that the council would come out with a ruling related to the faith of Muslims who practise yoga.Recently, Prof Zakaria Stapa, a lecturer of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s Islamic Studies Centre, advised Muslims who had taken up yoga to stop practising it for fear that they could deviate from the teachings of Islam.Yoga, a health-related exercise, has been practised since 3,000BC and is said to help slow down ageing, reduce risk of diabetes, asthma and heart-related diseases

In case some of you dint know, the Malaysian government has taken into consideration of banning yoga practice in Malaysia.

i dint even get why is a nation such as Malaysia who claims to be a multi racial community will even take up an idea such as this. If they say yoga a simple exercise which has gain international industrial reorganization can change a person belief and religion. if this was the case we should ban the reading done on loudspeaker from the mosque that was complained to disturb little babies during their nap time. How illogical can these Malaysians Muslim be?

I can say that Malaysia is so fucked up that we don't even need to worry about getting fuck by an outsider.

So life is still in a "kill our self type of mode"i just feel like sleeping everything off, finals are a kill joy and action scripting is a freaking dilemma, and you guys worry about photography -_-

the designnyatra conference was good, i slept in during a few speakers but a great number was outrageously fantastic, their way of thinking surpass any logical mind and they just put the unimaginable into visual.

Its that time of year where we don't sleep again! hahaha, i procrastinated for 3 days straight only allowing my self 2 hours of work time for my heavy laden projects. btw project are uploaded to s-o-o.blogspot.com really sorry for not updating that blog for so damn long.

what else has been happening? i quit my job since finals are coming up, planning a big heist this coming week, thinking about kota kinabalu and getting fatter... damn those late niter eating frenzy. Besides that i am currently looking for people who wants to take care of strippey my kitten, he's house train already, intelligent, cute, and obedient (most of the time).

Designyatra will be going on this Thursday, it took a big bite out of my bank account RM225 for 2 days conference. Hopping that it will be great! school holiday is in for those in high and primary school, they are so damn annoying crowding around pyramid. it gotten so pact that the ice skating ring looks like a big swimming pool now.

Sometimes i wonder did i really choose the correct field of education, to give up all other option at such a young age. Everyone studying in the one academy knows the rules of design and the rules of life that we as designers must lead, there's nothing glamorous about it. the road is rough and the life is in a word "creatively shaken" we must undergo sleepless, lonely nights finishing up on what ever needs to be done. the only empathy we gain is knowing that in our small college others is having the same difficult time. i looked back at my old pics of high school wondering why isn't it like that here?

Designing will never be easy, designing can never be copy, design can never be an ending to those pursuing it. those who are looking an easy way out of education through design better think twice, those that are looking for lucrative pay better think three times harder and those looking for an external output of your "limited" creativity, this is the right field for you. because at the end of it all, we are just happy that people appreciate our work and just give us a small little smile.

My phone line is dead, streamyx is pretty much fucked up, laptop screwed and overheating but i found a little devil among it all named "stripey" he's a stray kitten that followed me into my house on a dark rainy night. intelligent but annoyingly disturbing during sleeping hours. taking care of him is a hassle to life but i find it can be a test of patience as well, for now I'll wait and see.

back to the streamyx "error", somehow technicians in the service department do not own a hand phone or any form of communication device except for a piece of pink paper that they annoyingly stick to your house gate and say that no one is home when everyone is in the goddamn house!

I miss my car, i miss people, i miss sleeping at any time i like, i miss good food and i miss dota to release me from this stupid life.

A shift of blog again?

Well not shifting, just splitting up my work. s-o-o.blogspot.com will be used only for work process and updates as it was initially intended for before it became a journal blog.

So far haven’t updated like 2 months I guess? so many people commented on that and ask why I don’t update, the reason is damn simple: Time consuming work load from toa, the lacking ability of streamyx to provide a proper stable connection that can at least last a 5 min upload/ download, The ability to not or to sleep for 1 whole day, and the lacking of proper motivation.

I've been up to really nothing lately, catching up on workload and just reading the news online can’t be justified as a college life. My source of entertainment "aka Dota" have already been thrown out the window once more, replace by facebook (yes... I open that network finally), anime (this only applies to certain good anime), book reading (don’t be surprise... I counted that 30% of my allowance goes into buying books). So what about designing? My capacity has come to a point where design does not need inspiration, hard work comes as a drag and imitating is awesome. Project come and goes so fast that we don’t even have the time to renew, regenerate and regroup. It’s as if you fight in a war without enough training, supplies and planning.

The latest book that I finish was Hellgate London: Covenant, it’s from a series of three books which started from Exodus, Grotia and now the last one which is Covenant. A good time pleasing book that give suspense and excite the imagination.

Rented a car on Saturday to go to Emergency festival, got lost in KL because the city planner in Malaysia don’t drive cars and love to put their signboards 10 seconds away from the cross junction. All I can say about the festival? Funny, intriguing but downright confused with what they are trying to point out.

Besides that I gotten a new chair from IKEA , it cost me RM300 but it was worth it because as a MM designer I think we should at least need 2 monitor, 1 with a huge widescreen at minimum, a huge ass table to put our scanner, tablet, mouse plus big comfortable mouse pad, printer, coffee maker and a nice cozy table lamp, and most important is a big comfortable chair which has proper back support which enables you to stare at that tiny screen for a whole day and not feel a back ache.
